The sale at the high-end property project represents the highest per-square-foot price recorded in a primary market transaction this year.

The sold unit "features an expansive floor-to-ceiling height of 3.5 metres, designed as a premium five-bedroom layout with three en-suite bathrooms," as stated by CK Asset.

The unit's sale occurs amid "ongoing uncertainties" stemming from the US-Israel conflict with Iran, which is prompting investors to diversify their holdings, noted William Kwok, chief sales manager at CK Asset.

This most recent deal follows a series of transactions in the super luxury market—homes valued at HK$100 million or more—underscoring robust demand for Hong Kong's residential properties, particularly within the high-end sector.
